Requirements of

Exercise Referral Specialist Instructor

Experience of delivering exercise sessions to people with long term health conditions/specific populations as a Level 3 Exercise Referral instructor (accredited by REPS/CIMSPA).
A speciality within a specific discipline is perferred, such as cardiac rehabilitation, mental health awareness, neurological exercise support and COPD.

Responsibilities of

Exercise Referral Specialist Instructor

Play a key role in the delivery of KAL's programme of specialist exercise to people with long term health conditions and those who need additional support to become physically active.
Organise and lead onetoone assessments include recording of physiological assessment data for close customer monitoring and analysis.
