Salary:
£35,000 to £55,000 + bonus, overtime & good pension

We are currently recruiting for a number of Systems Engineers who will have the opportunity to work with a European integrated technical and scientific engineering organisation.

The positions will see you interfacing with both customers and suppliers on technical issues as well as working as part of a multi-functional engineering function that develop and deliver complex, state of the art solutions to global customers.

As a Systems Engineer, your typical duties could include (full specification is available upon request)

  • Requirements Specification and Design carrying out a full range of technical analyses and investigations, preparing specifications and developing designs.
  • Concepts studies, research and development.
  • Flowdown of system requirements to subsystem requirement specifications.
  • Define and maintain design justification record providing linkage from system requirements to subsystem requirements.
  • Development of systemlevel test sequences.
  • Model Based System Engineering (MBSE)
Ideally you will be degree qualified or equivalent, with experience of working within a systems engineering environment. You will possess a good understanding of system engineering processes including SysML (training can be provided).


Additionally, you will require the ability to have an adaptable approach - capable of focussing on UK and European customer's needs, taking into consideration existing constraints in design proposals as well as having an ability to use your enthusiasm anddrive to work autonomously and efficiently to influence team members and other stakeholders in producing technical outputs of good quality in a timely manner.
