Search Consultancy are looking to recruit for a Marketing Administrator to join our client based in the Business Park located at Glasgow Airport.
This position is to support the growing needs of our clients commercial and sales/marketing departments, sotime will be split between both.
Hours of Work are Monday to Thursday 8.45am - 5pm and Friday 8.30am - 3.30pm. The Rate of Pay is £11-12 per hour. This contract is for a minimum of 3 months.To assist with Sales and Marketing Admin:
- Provide admin support for sales and marketing dept
- To deliver time critical reporting and maintenance of internal systems (MS platform)
- Support management of sales enquiries inbox
- Help manage filing, dept stationary and orders
- Admin support for Sales Administrator and Marketing Executive specifically
- Help maintain web site, portal and customer communications
To assist with Commercial Admin:
- Admin support for Commercial Administrator
- Data input on internal company systems:
- Site Instructions
- Company Options
- Help maintain contractor portal
- Ad hoc admin as required by the commercial team
