Overview:
We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Tutor to join our team.

Duties:

• Provide individually tailored tutoring within a small group.
• Develop and implement customized lesson plans based on individual student needs
• Prepare students for GCSE examinations in Language and Literature.
• Use tuition centre's dedicated teaching and learning platform.
• Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to parents or guardians.
• Teach pupils both online and in centre.
• Utilize various teaching resources, such as textbooks, worksheets, and educational technology.
• Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions and student progress.

Qualifications:

• QTS essential.
• Experience in teaching at least on GCSE specification.
• Special education experience is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Patience and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs.
• Ability to establish rapport with students and create a positive learning environment
