Salary:
£27,000 + depending on experience

The role is 5 days office based from our office in Northampton.

Key Responsibilities of Project Coordinator

Coordinating recurring projects, scheduling meetings with clients and the relevant team members, ensuring project deadlines are met
Manage new client's onboarding ensuring a first class service is provided
Actively maintain pipeline through Salesforce, supporting the throughput of projects by our delivery team
Monitor and track progress of projects
Providing weekly/monthly updates to Team Managers, Project Managers and Directors
Advocate in using internal sales tools (Salesforce) to ensure an efficient process is adopted

Requirements of Project Coordinator

Relevant experience working within a Project Coordinator role
Professional and articulate, reliable and motivated
Comfortable working with people at all levels within the organisation in a fastpaced environment
Confident manner representing the brand with superb interpersonal skills
Ability to work autonomously
Commitment to excellent customer service
Methodical, organised and accurate
IT Literate with Microsoft office
Exceptional telephone manner
