Are you a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) looking for a temporary opportunity to make a difference in people's lives? We have a fantastic temporary position available with the Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust, based at the Airedale Centre for Mental Health.

As a Band 5 RMN, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals experiencing mental health issues.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary team, delivering person-centered care to promote recovery and positive mental well-being.

About the Role:

In this temporary position, you will join the team at the Airedale Centre for Mental Health for a single shift on the 22nd of February 2024.

The shift will start at 07:30:00 and end at 20:00:00.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivering highquality care to patients in accordance with their individual care plans.
Administering medication and monitoring its effects.
Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers.
Conducting risk assessments and developing risk management plans.
Promoting recovery and positive mental wellbeing through therapeutic interventions.
Providing emotional support and counseling to patients and their families.

Skills and Qualifications:

Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
Experience working in mental health settings.
Knowledge of mental health legislation and policies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Empathy and compassion for individuals experiencing mental health issues.

Payment Details:

You will be paid at a rate of £200 per shift for this temporary position, and payment will be made through PAYE.
