What will you do?
As IT Service Desk Administrator, you will be the point of contact for our internal users and daily operations.
Together with your 5 colleagues, you will:
- Act as primary contact for incidents and change requests, triage, resolve and/or delegate them to the right department.
- Interact with internal IT teams (Product Owners, Development, System Engineers).
- Install hardware and software for new employees.
- Manage and optimise the internal IT infrastructure while guaranteeing business continuity.
- Address and followup technical problems with internal teams and suppliers.
- Collaborate and share knowledge within the Service Desk team.
- Be responsible for telephony and connectivity and contact suppliers in case of problems.
- Make suggestions for improvement and train the users in order to decrease the number of incidents.
Requirements:
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in IT Helpdesk.
- You like working in a dynamic environment and can adapt to change.
- You enjoy taking initiative and implementing suggestions.
- You have experience with working in an agile environment.
- You like working as a team and have good communication skills.
- As an advantage you have basic SQL knowledge, knowledge of Service Now, affinity with Business Applications.
