Location Dependant on which team:

Making Decisions Team: WFH with occasional need to visit Kettering office.

New Cases Team: 3 days WFH and 2 days in the Kettering Office

Duration of assignment:
Until end of June 2024

Working hours:
Monday to Friday 37 hours

Rate:
£32 per hour Umbrella OR £24.62 per hour PAYE

IR35 status:
Inside IR35

Ideal start date:

ASAP

Housing Options Advisors - Making decisions in line with Part VII of the Housing Act following the end of the Relief period. They will make main duty decisions under s193 or intentionally homeless decisions. This may involved face to face interviews.
Location wise will be WFH with occasional need to visit office for interviews -
Standard DBS required.

Housing Options Advisors - Working on new cases in approach to triage them and complete relevant homelessness enquires to determine if a duty is owed. This involves gathering information and interviewing homeless approaches.

Location wise will be hybrid working - 3 days WFH, 2 days in the Kettering Office:
