Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites

About this opportunity

We currently have a great opportunity for an experienced Asset Finance professional to join our Transaction Banking Solutions team.

You'll identify and deliver high quality new business opportunities by utilising Global Transactional Banking (GTB) products for both new and existing bank clients.


Your accountabilities will include:

  • Develop internal and external intermediary relationship networks.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of business opportunities in a central reporting system, that are ultimately converted delivering income and profitability.
  • Lead the sales, operational and financial needs of the clients whilst delivering portfolio and franchise growth through complex, robust customer negotiations ensuring the correct outcome for the customer and Lloyds Banking Group.
  • Create wallet and spend analysis for key complex clients and prepare, manage and execute business and opportunity plans in order to meet business objectives and drive CIC revenues.
  • Ability to monitor and drive progress of mandated deals ensuring speed to the delivery of first revenue and track month on month, year on year trends via Management Information reporting.
  • Prepare and present high quality credit proposals taking account of relevant policies, procedures and the business desire to grow assets in a riskappropriate and returnsappropriate way.
