What you'll be doing:


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to promote our employer branding and reach potential delivery couriers across different countries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling and engaging content that highlights the company's work environment, employee perks, and professional development opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns to identify areas for optimization and improve ROI.
  • Stay uptodate with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices to ensure the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders and influencers in the delivery courier industry to expand the reach of our employer branding efforts.
  • Build and update an analytic dashboard to track the performance of every campaign (Leads generation, CPL, Clicks)

What you'll need:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience with employer branding campaigns and targeted recruitment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and data analysis tools.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
