Skilled Food Operatives

The Compleat Food Group is a new food group on a mission to create great quality, tasty and affordable food that people love to eat.

We are recruiting skilled operatives to join our Production team. The site is in the heart of Shropshire, Market Drayton.

Skilled operatives / Permanent Food Operatives, Days and Night Shifts available_**We are currently looking for numerous Permanent Skilled operatives
/ Food Production Operatives/ Bakery Operatives to join our busy team
.


Palethorpes Bakery is part of the newly created Compleat Food Group, specialists in the production of Pies, sausage rolls and slices.

A "food on the go" and picnic favourite or a great homemade meal" Palethorpes Bakery Foods is our dedicated savoury pies and sausage rolls foods facility.

We have permanent full-time positions available.

We have a wide variety of different positions available in our Production and Manufacturing team and are confident we have a role to suit everyone.


Shifts:

Days: 06:00am-18:00pm

OR

Nights: 18:00pm-06:00am

4 on 4 off and from January 2024 Monday - Thursday nights available


Benefits:

- £12.00 per hour to £14.00 per hour

As a Skilled Food Operative at this site, there are a variety of sections you will cover, such as:

  • Completing routine maintenance of specific line equipment
  • Mixing and loading ingredients into the machines.
  • Making sure all products are formed correctly.
  • Analyse, interpret and report live data for performance evaluations
  • You will ensure that all food is stored away correctly
  • Maintain, monitor and achieve operational targets
  • Monitor and improve product quality
  • Adhere to HACCP procedures

What we need from you:


  • Basic English skills, able to communicate with those around you.
  • Selfmotivated and able to work with mínimal supervision and follow instructions.
  • You will be reliable, and hardworking and can work within a team in a very busy, fastpaced environment.
  • Good attendance, flexibility to hours and being punctual.
  • Willingness to learn and progress in your role.
