We are currently recruiting for a motivated and hard-working lettings negotiator to join our thriving lettings department based in Trowbridge, and
offering a competitive salary based on experience.
Main responsibilities of this role include:
- Answering the telephone and dealing with enquiries in a professional and friendly manner
- Meeting with clients visiting the office
- Registering applicants and identifying opportunities for valuation and viewings for both the sales
- Booking of valuations and viewings
- Carrying out viewings and providing feedback to landlords
- Generating new business in a target driven environment
- Undertaking tenant references
- Drawing up tenancy agreements for new tenants
- Overseeing tenancy progression from the point of offer to completion
Working hours:
Full time Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm and every other Saturday 9 am to 4 pm with a day off in lieu.
Please note that you will be carrying out accompanied viewings and therefore a full UK driving licence and access to your own car is essential.

£24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
