Responsibilities:
- Undertake small plastering and rendering jobs to a high standard
- Conduct brickwork repairs as required
- Carry out decorating tasks such as painting and wallpapering to a high standard
- Assist with structural repairs as required
- Undertake any basic crack repairs using E.M.I/resin repairs
- Be willing to learn new skills and undertake training as required
Requirements:
- Have some experience in plastering, rendering, brickwork repairs, and decorating
- Basic knowledge of brickwork, coving, patios, concreting, tiling, and roofing would be useful
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
