    At Ward Security, we're looking for a dynamic Security Manager to take charge of operations at one of our key sites – a thriving Technology Park in Nuneaton.

    You'll lead a dedicated team of officers, provide strategic direction, and build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partner organisations to deliver exceptional security standards.


    Position:
    Security Manager

    Pay rate:
    £44,000 per annum

    Shift Pattern:
    Monday - Friday 50 hours per week

    Location:
    Nuneaton, CV10 - you must drive due to location of site

    What You'll Do

    As our Security Manager, you will:
    Provide operational and strategic leadership to a large on-site security team.
    Develop and implement tailored security procedures to safeguard people, property, and assets.
    Build trusted partnerships with clients, tenants, and external stakeholders such as local authorities and emergency services.
    Lead on risk management, proactively identifying and mitigating potential threats.
    Chair and contribute to key stakeholder and security meetings, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
    Oversee the training, development, and performance of all officers, ensuring compliance with SIA and site requirements.
    Manage all equipment, accountability processes, and site documentation, including CCTV operations and data release.
    Support emergency response efforts and lead crisis management procedures to maintain safety and minimise disruption.
    Drive a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement across the team.

    About You

    We're looking for someone who is:
    An experienced security professional with proven leadership skills.
    SIA Licensed (CCTV Licence essential).
    Holds a driving licence.
    Confident using Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    Skilled in technical security measures, including CCTV and access control systems.
    A strong communicator who can engage and influence at all levels.
    Motivated, proactive, and committed to delivering the highest standards of service and compliance.
    An inspiring leader with a genuine passion for team development and client satisfaction.
