Construction Projects Administrator
Ellison Construction are currently recruiting a suitably qualified, competent and experienced Construction projects administrator in an office based role. We work nationwide within the modular building industry and residential sector from our base in Wilsden, Bradford.
The position will include but not be limited to the below roles:
- Receive, file and log tender enquiries and distribute to internal estimators, suppliers and subcontractors for pricing.
- Collate information received into tender returns and send to clients
- Liaise with clients on receipt of orders to confirm job details and requirements
- Coordinate H&S documentation with clients and PM.
- Order materials and book subcontractors, accommodation and plant as required
- Coordinate handover documents on completion
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, the ability to oversee multiple concurrent projects and deadline
- High level of record keeping and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Have good commercial awareness and demonstrate commercial control by working to the financial targets of each contract to ensure that all costs incurred during the works are in line with the tender budget and allowances.
Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bradford: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
- English (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
