Accounts Assistant - Salford- Part time, hybrid working & flexible hours
About Our Client:
Our client is a successful E-commerce business with offices located in Salford.
The business is looking for a part time accounts assistant to join their existing finance team & support the continued growth of the business.
Accounts Assistant duties include:
- Purchase Ledger
- Processing invoices
- Processing payment runs
- Bank reconciliations
- Query management
- Assisting with sales ledger duties as required
- Assisting with credit control duties as required
The Successful Applicant:
- Have a proven track record within purchase ledger or sales ledger
- Be willing to undertake a small amount of credit control activity
- Be an excellent written and verbal communicator
- Be proficient in MS Office
- Have knowledge of MS Dynamics (desirable)
- Be able to work to tight deadlines
What's on Offer:
A salary up to £25,000 (full time equivalent), 20 hours per week, hybrid working, flexible working hours, pension, holidays & more.
