Up to 35k depending on experience

My client is the market leading Special Education Needs and Disabilities (SEND) recruitment company.

With offices throughout the UK and an exclusive relationship with nasen (National Association for Special Educational Needs), they provide teachers and support staff to schools nationwide and offer temporary and permanent placements for TAs, HLTAs, LSAs, therapists, teachers, SENCOs, Deputies and Head Teachers.

They are now expanding the business in the North West region with a brand new office opening in Leeds in April this year.

They are therefore looking to recruit an experienced recruitment consultant, ideally from the education recruitment sector, to help start up this new branch alongside the Northern Regional Manager.

They are looking for an ambitious, service driven individual, who thrives in a busy, fast paced environment.

What the role will involve:

360 recruitment role covering all aspects of the recruitment cycle
Business development calls / activity
Face to face visits with schools and SEND provisions
Developing new relationships and account managing existing ones Benefits include:

from £30k plus, depending on experience
