Customer Service Assistant - Derby
We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to contribute towards Quadralene's strategic vision.

You will have the opportunity to make a difference by working as part of our Customer Service and Logistics teams to deliver exceptional customer service to all customers and ensure smooth operations of the logistics process.


As the Customer Service Assistant, you will help the business achieve its targets by liaising with internal and external customers to resolve queries and support the sales fulfilment process.

You will collaborate with colleagues, to share, build together and meet our goals.


What you'll be doing:


Customer Service

  • Completing administrative tasks to support our customers and business.
  • Organising travel and accommodation for employees, customers and visitors.
  • Facilities management and general purchasing, in particular office consumables such as refreshments, controlling of stock to ensure operation runs smoothly.
  • Setting up and booking of meeting rooms. Provision of refreshments.
  • Entering of sales invoicing on in house systems demonstrating exceptional attention to detail.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
  • Where required, take on reception responsibilities by greeting and signing in visitors, accepting deliveries and post.
  • Act as support and holiday cover for the Customer Service team.
  • Answering telephone and dealing with questions as appropriate or taking messages.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction/maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with additional tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office and Customer Service function.

What you'll need:


  • Experience in customer service and/or logistics admin type roles.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of modern office procedure and methods including the use of telephones, and other office systems.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Great accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong team working skills and collaborative skills.
  • Ability to use own initiative, excellent problemsolving skills
