Senior Repair Surveyor


Duration: 10 weeks


Location:
City of Westminster


Pay Rate:
£379.80 UMB P/D


Important:
Senior Surveyor - Must have experience managing a team


Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week, full-time office-based, managing surveyors undertaking repair surveys. The postholder will be working across the city as determined by the needs of the service.


Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:
Implement and develop effective systems for regular property inspections.
Collaborate with colleagues to improve quality and customer satisfaction.
Manage resources flexibly to respond to workload fluctuations.
Highlight investment needs to plan major works programs.
Provide technical support and manage repairs term partnering contract delivery.
Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and construction industry laws.
Provide strategic leadership within the Housing portfolio.
Ensure repairs are carried out to a high standard and complaints are managed effectively.
Carry out post inspections and manage contract variations and payments.
Undertake pre-inspections and manage insurance claims and paperwork.
