Responsibilities and duties:
Positive role model to support communication, with a sensitive, nurturing, and consistent approach.

The ideal SEN Teacher for this position will be enthusiastic, passionate, and willing to get involved in the community of this school.

Implement agreed on school policies and guidelines.
Support initiatives decided by the Headteacher and staff.
The successful SEN Teacher will be required to plan, teach and deliver a specific and adapted curriculum.

Essential Criteria:
The SEN Teacher chosen for this role will have experience teaching in SEND learning environments.
QTS, PGCE, or equivalent qualification recognised in the UK.
Have knowledge and understanding of developments in education
Accessible public transport links to the school.
Available - 5 days Mon-Fri, from 8:30-15:30.

Pay:

Five Education operates a PAYE payroll; this is the most transparent way to be paid with no hidden fees such as admin fees or employers' NI.

We are also proud to be an accredited Living Wage employer. Please note pay rate is for illustration and does includeholiday pay.

Vetting:

Five Education is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all of the staff we employ to share this commitment.

Successful applicants will be required to undergo checks including reference checks,and TRA checks, and will need to have a DBS; there will also be a face-to-face interview.
