We're looking for a motivated User Experience (UX) Designer to help us envision and deliver compelling experiences for our partners The Partner Experience Design team at Expedia works to ensure outstanding and accessible user experiences for our supplier and advertising partners - ranging from hotels, airlines, and vacation rental owners to destination marketing organizations, financial services providers, and consumer brands.

We empower our partners to attract, inform, and delight travelers.

We strive to consistently equip our partners with management tools that provide unique insights, personalized recommendations, and unparalleled control in order to help them succeed in Expedia Group's travel marketplace.


Being part of the Experience Design community, you will partner with researchers, content designers, product managers, and engineers to drive value for our partners.

You will work with and contribute back to our emergent design system and embrace an app-first mentality.

Your role will focus on Expedia Group's marketing tools, products that enable our partners to improve their visibility our marketplace, deliver value to travelers, and tell engaging, content-rich stories about their brands.


What you'll do:


  • Transform business problems into user experience opportunities, ultimately designing, testing and launching usable, useful and delightful solutions
  • Identify, investigate, and validate design problems within multidisciplinary teams
  • Advocate for the needs of our users by interpreting research and analytical data
  • Design and document interactions with existing experience components
  • Craft and tell stories that clearly frame important problems and illustrate your solutions
  • Lead design swarm and sprints, coaching other designers to improve their skills
  • Contribute to the Expedia Group Design System

Who you are:


  • MFA, MS, BFA, or BS in Human-Centered Design, Interaction Design, User Experience, or a related design field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Track record of building digital product experiences from conception to release, followed by optimization
  • Able to provide a case study of your best work that portrays the team, thought processes, successes, and pivots along the way
  • Beneficial: Experience in designing for diverse groups of people (internationalization, localization, accessibility, etc.)
  • Beneficial: Knowledge of frontend scripting languages for prototyping purposes
