The client is transforming to build the market-leading pension proposition of the future and have exciting opportunities for two Proposition Consultants.
This is an exciting time to join the Proposition area as part of the TTP3 programme - a key enabler for the long term growth and ambition of our client.
You will support and at times lead activity in relation to the definition, development or ongoing management of the clients Customer and Workplace proposition ensuring that they continue to meet customer and workplace client needs.
You can expect to be involved in product design and build, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met, risks are effectively managed and that the propositions deliver the cients' commercial objectives.
Our work is aligned to the programme and will be delivered over several phases. Key accountabilities include- Demonstrate knowledge of how the various propositions fit together for customers, and clients. The role has our customers and our workplace clients at its heart with a key aim to improve how we support them to and through retirement, for example, working with other parts of the business to ensure our product requirements are correctly defined
- Managing aspects of the proposition that are under your responsibility to ensure initiatives enhance the workplace client or customer experience are delivered on time, for example, collaborating with experts and other workstreams to ensure our product literature is up to date
- Analysing data to understand customers and how they use our propositions
- Identify and resolve risks and appropriately manage and prioritise activity, escalating if required
- Work effectively and build relationships with others across the business and work in or lead crossfunctional teams.
What are we looking for?
You will be:

Pension savvy: you'll have a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the interconnected nature of our market including the different roles advisers, workplace clients (trustees, employers) and customers play. and using your judgement to make informed decisions.

Engaging: you're comfortable in supporting, motivating and empowering cross-functional teams to identify and deliver enhancements to improve our propositions and customer engagements. You'll need to be comfortable leading virtual teams, communicating with internal and external stakeholders

Commercially minded: not only are you the first to spot a big opportunity, but you are able to identify potential pitfalls and take steps to avoid these; it's about being commercial within a risk management mind set.

Quick to join the dots: You need to be adaptable and able to juggle multiple projects workstreams at the same time. You'll spot connections across the programme and business having the confidence and ability to bring them together. You'll make decisions by considering problems from all angles, from customer outcome to commercial, risk to strategic direction.

Constantly curious: you'll find yourself thinking "I wonder if...", and coming out with a new way of doing things that has never occurred to us. No idea is too out there. Never one to be constrained by the limits of what is; you are agile on your feet and excited by the prospect of what could be.
