Job Title:
Clinical lead


Reporting to:
Home Manager

Job purpose:

The Clinical lead has overall responsibility for the provision of clinical leadership and management to the immediate clinical team members.

The focus of this role is on the day to day delivery of excellence in quality care provision, ensuringall clinical governance and compliance targets are met, as well as supporting the Manager in their absence.


Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications Required:


  • 1st level nurse
  • Specialist training or extensive experience in the specialism of the home.
  • Satisfactory Policy Check and check against the ISA list
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Current and clean driving license
  • DBS registered on the update service
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in the UK
