Description

A Housing Operations Manager / Housing Solutions Manager, who has experience in a housing and tenancy management or related role, is needed to join a leading housing association with a reputation for delivering new affordable homes for both rural and urbancommunities.

Working primarily from home (there will be site visits and team meetings) expect a varied role managing the team responsible for ensuring superb housing services for tenants.


With a purpose to create better living solutions for the people and communities of West Wales, this leading housing association currently has over 3000 homes and develops around 150 new homes every year, to meet affordable housing need through a range oftenures such as, for rent, rent to buy or shared ownership.

They are now seeking a Housing Operations Manager / Housing Solutions Manager to join their team.


Joining as the Housing Operations Manager / Housing Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Housing Solution Team Leaders and Letting Coordinators.

Whether you are ensuring all properties are let out at all times,managing tenancy, ensuring rent is collected when it is due, following health and safety guidelines, liaising with other departments or assisting with new build developments, it will be your excellent communication skills that ensures ongoing development andimprovement.

To qualify You should be a Housing Operations Manager / Housing Solutions Manager / Housing Manager / Property Manager / Tenancy Manager / Property Tenancy Manager / Housing Support Manager or similar with a CV that demonstrates:

  • Extensive operational management experience in a housing and tenancy management or related role.
  • A good knowledge of safeguarding regulations and relevant training.
  • A high level of confidence, you will make decisions which affect plans, policies or procedures either independently or after discussion with others.
  • You can inspire and motivate your team, creating a working environment where everyone thrives.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality.
  • Good attention to detail and high personal standard
  • A Corporate membership of the Chartered Institute of Housing or an equivalent professional body, or a willingness and ability to work towards membership, will be required.


A professional qualification in a housing management or related discipline, a relevant degree, or extensive equivalent experience and other qualifications that show the required level of technical competency has been achieved.

A full UK driving Licence and access to a vehicle is required for this role.
