We have an excellent Opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join Montagne Jeunesse / 7th Heaven based in Port Talbot, South Wales on a 3 month contract.


Montagne Jeunesse is a leading entrepreneurial FMCG health and beauty business which sells its brands including 7th Heaven into 93 countries around the world.

After a transformative year and in response to changing business needs, our rapidly changing FMCG business is looking for an experienced total order management cycle specialist.


Position Overview
Customer Service Advisor will work to create, manage, operate, and execute initiatives related to Total Orders Management requirements.


Responsibilities

  • PO's and sample request entry, processing, and delivery coordination
  • Liaison with finance, sales support, and operations teams to ensure PO's and delivery confirmation is attained
  • Advise customer of payment terms and determine if terms have been met before releasing shipment
  • Coordinate PO delivery appointments with customers, freight forwarders and transportation companies
  • Communicate with freight forwarders to know and understand special shipping requirements for each country to maintain compliance
  • Creation, preparation, and delivery of all Commercial Documentation required for exportation and importation purposes (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificates of Analysis, Certificates of Origin, Product Declarations, Bill of Ladings, etc.) including notary and chamber of commerce legalisations and courier deliveries where required
  • In coordination with finance, proactively followup on account receivables in anticipation of pastdue deadlines to support a timely collection process
  • Establish new account information (customer setup) and update distributor price lists accordingly
  • Conduct new customers setup and Coface credit terms assignment in coordination with the finance team.
  • Facilitate the resolution of customer product quality/shipment complaints in a timely basis and collaboration with other member in the sales, sales support, operations, and finance teams
  • Supports the sales team in the timely acquisition and delivery of documentation for health registrations, both technical and legal paperwork, working closely with the laboratory and the signatory officers, and following up the endtoend registration process for each project in coordination with the sales team until successful completion
  • Answer and direct phone, mobile and MS Teams calls and text messages in connection with the Total Order Management processes handling all customer inquiries in a timely and satisfactory basis
  • Create specific reports and trackers compiling and sorting information in spreadsheets in connection with the Total Order Management practice

About you:


  • To be successful in this role, you must have:
  • An understanding of the Total Order Management Cycle
  • Experience of the preparation of commercial documentation
  • Excellent IT skills particularly excel are essential
  • Methodical, organised nature
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
You will have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and above all you are enthusiastic and takes ownership.
