We are currently looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Executive who is fluent in Urdu and Pashto to join our diverse team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing firstclass customer service by handling inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
- Identifying and understanding customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Providing product and service information to customers, helping them make informed financial decisions.
- Resolving customer complaints or referring them to relevant teams.
- Recording all interactions with customers in our database accurately.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Fluency in Urdu and Pashto is a must, along with excellent English communication skills.
- A minimum of 1year experience in a customer service or call center environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team.
- Strong problemsolving skills, with the ability to handle customer issues effectively and efficiently.
- Knowledge of financial services or a keen interest in the financial industry is advantageous.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
