We are currently looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Executive who is fluent in Urdu and Pashto to join our diverse team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing firstclass customer service by handling inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
• Identifying and understanding customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Providing product and service information to customers, helping them make informed financial decisions.
• Resolving customer complaints or referring them to relevant teams.
• Recording all interactions with customers in our database accurately.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Fluency in Urdu and Pashto is a must, along with excellent English communication skills.
• A minimum of 1year experience in a customer service or call center environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team.
• Strong problemsolving skills, with the ability to handle customer issues effectively and efficiently.
• Knowledge of financial services or a keen interest in the financial industry is advantageous.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.

Job Types:

From £12.00 per hour
