Concierge Team Leader


Main Duties (In addition to Concierge Duties)

  • Own the planner board (ticket system)
  • Balance the teams the workloads ensuring critical operations are always supported
  • Own and deliver the local team rota (including leave requests etc)
  • Manage adhoc services (i.e support for events)
  • Own and report on location data (i.e trends / issues reported) and ensure these are escalated where necessary
  • Work with National TL to ensure the local team is always resourced adequately (holiday leave etc)
  • Work closely with the local FM to ensure the team have a full understanding of upcoming building activity
  • Own the local onboarding of new Concierge team members
  • Attend location meetings and lead on experience matters, ensuring team and location information is understood and communicated as needed
  • Work with TL to measure and understand individual performance
