Concierge Team LeaderMain Duties (In addition to Concierge Duties)
- Own the planner board (ticket system)
- Balance the teams the workloads ensuring critical operations are always supported
- Own and deliver the local team rota (including leave requests etc)
- Manage adhoc services (i.e support for events)
- Own and report on location data (i.e trends / issues reported) and ensure these are escalated where necessary
- Work with National TL to ensure the local team is always resourced adequately (holiday leave etc)
- Work closely with the local FM to ensure the team have a full understanding of upcoming building activity
- Own the local onboarding of new Concierge team members
- Attend location meetings and lead on experience matters, ensuring team and location information is understood and communicated as needed
- Work with TL to measure and understand individual performance
