We currently have an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to further their knowledge and develop their career, in the role of
Production Supervisor based in Plains.


Production

  • Production Schedule Delivery
  • Get work done first time, every time in line with production schedule
  • Ensure most efficient and effective use of time and resources
  • Manages stock flow to meet production requirements

Staff/Supervision

  • Supervisor takes responsibility for the actions of the team
  • Supports individual and team performance and objectives
  • Manages staff scheduling of holidays and general attendance
  • Discipline staff where appropriate in line with Company policy

Health and Safety

  • Attends work committees
  • Delivers tool box talks when advised by Production Manager
  • Conducts accident investigation and reporting on site
  • General housekeeping and safety on site
  • Communicates with the team to ensure that targets are achieved
  • A flexible approach and adapts to changing work environment
  • Supports individual and team direction and development
  • Maintains good working relationships at all times
  • Implements integrated management systems
  • Experience in a staircase manufacturing environment (desirable)

  • Monday to Friday
