Our Community Service Centre in Doncaster is currently looking for a new Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly team.

NRS Healthcare is the UKs leading provider of Community Equipment Services, we deliver complete end-to-end services through all stages of equipment provision and recycling, within the healthcare sector.

Our services allow people to remain in their homes, preventing the need for them to stay in hospital for any longer than is necessary, allowing the NHS to deliver frontline care where it is needed most.

Our Customer Service Advisors are a pivotal part of the success of the service we provide.

From arranging deliveries and collections of equipment with service users to answering inbound calls from Service Users and Occupational Therapists, your role as a Customer Service Advisor will be varied.


As well as assisting Service Users, you will also liaise with the Community Equipment Technicians to ensure the service runs smoothly.

As well as this you'll also be responsible providing excellent customer service to our Service users and resolving any issues in an efficient and timely matter.

This role requires strong computer skills and previous experience in customer service roles.


This role will provide support to our Doncaster team, as we provide equipment across Lancashire and South Yorkshire from the Doncaster Service Centre.

Full training will be provided as a part of this role.
