Accounts Administrator - Stretford, United Kingdom - The Dental Team
Description
The Dental Team is looking for an Accounts Assistant for 3 months to join our friendly well-established team.The role will include
- Add invoices to the excel tracker/QuickBooks for payment and to upload into QB (weekly)
- Add supplier details onto QuickBooks, account details, address etc.
- Check direct debits that are set up are still valid and set up tracker of what they are for and date taken
- Collect meter readings for the site who supplies gas, electricity, water for each site and how is it paid? Need to set up DD?
- Banking reconciliations, petty cash reconciliations (weekly) from practices.
- Collate list of orders to be placed weekly
What we're looking for
- Outstanding organisational skills, with an ability to multitask
- Strong communication skills
- Admin skills
- Friendly and approachable
- Experience in a customer facing role
- Excel skills
- Comfortable using systems
- Invoice experience (preferred)
- Quickbooks experience (preferred)
