Key Responsibilities:
Tenant Communication:
- Act as the primary point of contact for tenants regarding all matters related to facade installation, repair, and maintenance.
- Proactively communicate project timelines, scope, and potential disruptions to tenants in a clear and timely manner.
- Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and empathy, striving for satisfactory resolution.
Coordination and Collaboration:
- Schedule and conduct regular meetings with tenants to update them on project progress, upcoming activities, and any necessary adjustments to their daily routines.
Project Monitoring:
- Monitor the progress of facade projects to identify potential tenantrelated issues and take proactive measures to mitigate disruptions or inconveniences.
- Conduct site visits to assess tenant concerns, gather feedback, and ensure that project work aligns with agreedupon standards.
Conflict Resolution:
- Address conflicts or disputes arising between tenants and construction teams, working to find solutions that balance tenant comfort and project requirements.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate parties while maintaining professionalism and transparency.
Tenant Satisfaction:
- Ensure that tenant needs are met, and expectations are managed effectively throughout the duration of facade projects.
- Collect feedback from tenants to evaluate their level of satisfaction and identify areas for improvement in future projects.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, feedback, and concerns.
- Prepare regular reports for project stakeholders detailing tenantrelated matters, resolutions, and ongoing communication strategies.
- Record and take photos of Pre, amid & post works with the resident's abode.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proven experience in tenant relations, customer service, or a related role within the construction or real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, especially related to facade installation and maintenance.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and accessible manner.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations and guidelines within the construction industry.

Up to £28,000.00 per year
