Recruitment Administrator
Manchester City Centre
£22,000 - £24,000 depending on experience
37.5 hours per week - office based
Office Angels are delighted to be recruiting for an Administrator to join a busy recruitment company
Duties will include:
- Creating contracts and processing extensions
- Checking compliance documents for new starters
- Completing checks including references, DBS and proof of address
- Acting as first point of contact for any contractors
- Take ownership of social media activity for the team
- Posting details of vacancies
- Supporting payroll and dealing with timesheet issues
- Dealing with any GDPR queries
- Previous recruitment or compliance experience
- Excellent administration skills
- Strong IT skills
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to organise your own workload effectively
- Fantastic communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
