Absolute is excited to be partnered with a luxury British brand, specializing in the design of high-end leather goods.

With a successful E-commerce platform, they are ready to expand and are seeking a CFO with experience in supporting the growth of a luxuryretail business.

Partnering with the founder, you will have a wide view of the business from a financial perspective and operational.

The role will need to start with building robust processes and really involved in the day to days, to then move on to strategize with the CEOdriving profitability.

This is an exciting opportunity for either a seasoned leader within retail or a progressive senior finance professional looking for their first C-suite role.

An overview of the role:

Advise on finance best practices, improving the current processes, and building robust controls
Build reports on budgeting requirements across the business
Preparing yearend accounts
Reporting to board on forecasts and company performance
Building cashflow forecasting and maintaining
Overseeing commercial contracts
Building out the team around this role, delegating and managing

What we are looking for:

ACCA/CIMA/ACA Qualified
Proven commercial experience
Strong experience within omnichannel retail/ Ecommerce fashion
Ability to be fluid based on the needs of the business, handson in transactional finance and strategic
Leadership managing and upskilling teams

Package:
- £90-120k + bonus and DOE
