Our client in Rochdale is seeking an experienced administrator to join their team on an immediate basis.


Salary:
£111.75 PH


Hours:

Monday - Thursday 8am -5pm

Friday 8am -2pm


Job Duties:


  • Answer internal and external calls
  • Handle Excel spreadsheet tasks
  • Order company materials
  • Manage invoices and enter data into inhouse systems
  • Utilise QuickBooks software
  • Assist the Production Manager with administrative tasks, such as booking vehicle MOTs and arranging machine servicing
  • Aid with payroll by printing clock cards
  • Maintain weekly administrative spreadsheets
  • Complete any additional tasks assigned by the Office Manager

Requirements:


  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks
  • Knowledge of the manufacturing industry
  • Computer literacy
  • Immediate availability
  • Uptodate CV
