Description
Our client in Rochdale is seeking an experienced administrator to join their team on an immediate basis.Salary:
£111.75 PH
Hours:
Monday - Thursday 8am -5pm
Friday 8am -2pm
Job Duties:
- Answer internal and external calls
- Handle Excel spreadsheet tasks
- Order company materials
- Manage invoices and enter data into inhouse systems
- Utilise QuickBooks software
- Assist the Production Manager with administrative tasks, such as booking vehicle MOTs and arranging machine servicing
- Aid with payroll by printing clock cards
- Maintain weekly administrative spreadsheets
- Complete any additional tasks assigned by the Office Manager
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency with QuickBooks
- Knowledge of the manufacturing industry
- Computer literacy
- Immediate availability
- Uptodate CV
