Description
Due to continued expansion my client has vacancies for a
Mechanical Engineer at their site in Tilbury. They are particularly keen to hear from ex-military engineers with mechanical engineering bias.

The successful
Mechanical Engineer will work as part of a team on a rotating shift pattern and will carry out the maintenance and repair of all mechanical equipment and plant onsite.


Mechanical Engineer Requirements:


  • Hold Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering as a minimum.
  • Experience of working within a heavy industrial environment.
  • Able to read and interpret mechanical engineering diagrams.
  • Experience of working with cranes advantageous.
  • Ability to work at heights.
  • Hold a full clean driving licence.

Mechanical Engineer Benefits:


  • Salary is £46,809 plus £3,243 shift allowance.
  • Overtime available.
