About the Role


Manchester converting is starting its journey through equipment ownership and beginning a culture of operator centric, where the operators on the shop floor have full ownership, pride and passion with the results.


In order to support this mission we are looking for an Operations Leader to join the team on a days shift pattern - Monday to Friday.

What You Will Do:


As a RST Operations Leader you will utilize your coaching skills whilst contributing to various improvement projects, and leading a team of mechanical and electrical technician, team leaders and apprentices.


You will be responsible for leading the equipment ownership program for your department, whilst ensuing Module KPIs are adhered to - with the intent of the site becoming the jewel in the crown.


Who You Are
We would love to hear from you if you have;

  • Proven experience in an industrial setting
  • Experience within the FMCG sector
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to both constructively challenge and influence
  • The ability to react quickly under pressure
  • A passion for coaching and guiding others to deliver improved results
- proven leadership experience

  • IT literate (Experience of using MS office, SAP or other maintenance management systems)
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to meet key targets and delivery of projects
