An opportunity for a permanent Cyber Service Officer has arisen within the Digital Services team at Velindre University NHS Trust and you will be instrumental in helping to drive forward the implementation of an ambitious Information and Cyber Security Programme.

The Digital Services team is a fast-paced environment with over 17,000 calls logged in the past twelve months.

You will have a passion for innovation, a keen interest in advancing technology and will want to develop current cyber security skills.

Working with the Head of Information Security and Digital Services team, amongst others, you will help ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of digital systems, including our Microsoft 365 tenancy and Medical Systems.

You will also help to support the design and implementation of cyber security controls and measures for projects within the NHS Trust.

Knowledge sharing and collaboration with other NHS Organisations is supported through National boards.
