Tonic are recruiting a Hotel Manager based at one of our client's stunning luxury cotswold hotel operation.

You will be responsible for all hotel operations, and support the GM to continue the outstanding service delivery throughout this beautiful property.

You must have a true passion for hospitality and be able to deliver standards to the highest level.
Essential qualities for Hotel Manager applicants to be considered:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as Hotel Manager or DGM
  • Experience within fine dining restaurants at a minimum 3 rosette is desirable
  • An expert knowledge/passion for high end hospitality
  • A real team leader, who enjoys motivating and developing others around them
