ROLE SUMMARY/KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (Not limited to the below)


The Project Coordinator manages all phases of fieldwork on market research projects from resource planning and project set up, through execution and quality control.

Prepare projects for fieldwork in collaboration with colleagues, including

  • Questionnaire and/or script review and refining
  • Translation and checking of translation of survey materials (questionnaires, scripts, briefing notes, glossaries etc.)
  • Reporting any issues or suggestions to the Project Manager of the project
  • Selecting which interviewers will be used for the projects based on objective selection criteria and in consultation of fieldwork colleagues
  • Briefing interviewers under your supervision
During fieldwork, responsibilities include

  • The monitoring, coaching, and evaluating of the quality and productivity of all the interviewers under your supervision ensuring that minimum levels of all interviews are evaluated and that the budget is not being exceeded. The attendance and discipline of the interviewers under your supervision
  • Assist in training and development of Executive Interviewers and Team Leaders Help on recruitment and training of new Executive Interviewers when needed
Ensuring that Team Leaders and Executive Interviewers assigned to the project receive adequate information in a timely fashion.
Keeping the rest of the project team updated about all field issues, progress and timing.
Regularly reporting fieldwork progress to the Project Manager and EIC Management.
Updating all fieldwork related documentation details whenever project specifications or timing is modifiedEnsuring we are conducting sufficient monitoring of assigned interviewers

  • Previous market research project management experience within a quant or quant role.
  • Strong organizational skills flexibility and ability to multitask
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Dedication to delivering on promises and taking ownership of activities.
  • Fluency in other EU languages an advantage

Salary:
£30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
