South West Truck & Van have an incredible opportunity for a
Parts Sales Technician / Parts Advisor to join our team based in Avonmouth.

The successful individual will secure a permanent position within an innovative, dynamic and motivated team.

Roles and responsibilities:


  • The supply of parts to customers
  • Support and cover the parts desk duties
  • Order parts
  • Chase suppliers
  • Check incoming stock against delivery notes
  • Update our systems with incoming parts
  • Assist with the collection and delivery of parts
  • Stock control
  • Customer service, dealing with customers face to face and over the phone
  • Assist with other duties as and when required

Key attributes:


  • Previous experience within a parts department
  • Experience in handling warranty claims
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Computer literate
  • Flexible approach to working hours
  • Full UK driving licence
  • CDK / ADP experience is desirable

Job Types:

Salary:
£26,000.00-£27,500.00 per year
