Pay Rates:
£ £14.68 / hour

Shift Patterns:
Monday to Friday 8:4- 3:15

Edison Pope are working with a Good Rated Secondary School in the Bolton area who require a Learning Support Assistant.

The school aim to provide our children with the skills and enthusiasm they will need to become lifelong learners, equipping children to achieve excellence.

The school team are continuously evolving to provide a rich, inclusive and creative learning experience for all, delivering a curriculum full of enjoyment and challenge.

Learning Support Assistant responsibilities:

Work alongside the class teacher to deliver lessons and activities
Deliver group activities and interventions as directed by the class teacher
Communicate effectively, professionally and in a friendly manner with staff, pupils, and parents
Promote inclusion for all pupils
Support the management of pupil behaviour
Provide additional support for children as required
Monitor and track progress of pupils ensuring strong communication with the class teacher
Gather resources ready for lessons
Undertake support activities e.g. photocopying, displays

This role is Monday to Friday. The position is on a long-term temporary basis with the chance to move onto a school contract.
