As a customer facing, account management professional, would a Client Services Executive opportunity that offers hybrid working, and the chance to work with an international client base across a portfolio of innovative digital products sound good?


An exciting Client Services Executive opportunity has arisen at a forward thinking, independent media organisation, where you will be responsible for s upporting the successful delivery of campaigns and services.

Your role will see you build and manage relationships both internally with stakeholders and externally with clients, agencies and external partners

In your new Client Services Executive role you will be involved in:
Liaising with clients from order confirmation through to campaign reporting
Ensuring all materials (digital and print) and assets are received in advance
Responding to client queries
Ensuring efficiency and accuracy whilst project managing the process including the optimised use of business systems
Managing clients through the CRM, recording all contact
Compiling reports including analysis relating to client campaigns

For this exciting opportunity I'd be interested in speaking to a Client Services Executive, Customer Success Executive, Account Executive, Account Manager or other customer success professional who has a proven track record of working with multiple clients across a portfolio of digital products within a media / publishing / marketing related business.

Salary £23,000 to £28,000 (depending on experience)

The business are currently operating a flexible working policy where you will be able to be working from home up to 3 days per week.
