About this role


This is an exciting new role within the Operations team, supporting with customer enquiries and managing brand relationships through successful Gift Card Programs.

This is a diverse role, where no two days will be the same.


Key Responsibilities

  • Timely completion of daily processing tasks to a high degree of quality and efficiency
  • Maintaining demands and performing actions on a timely and accurate basis
  • Assisting with the preparation of invoices
  • Handling incoming calls from customers relating to Gift Card Programs
  • Manage client payments to ensure that suppliers are paid on time, balances are maintained within banking facilities
  • Analysing and inputting data in to our sector specific software packages
  • Managing and updating company databases
  • Expedite purchase orders, updating the system and key stakeholders in relation to delays & issues
  • Support the movement & allocation of stock

Experience:


  • Previous experience working in an operations or customer services team
  • Experience in finance systems desirable
  • Selfstarter who can demonstrate initiative in solving problems to achieve results
  • Experience working with CRM systems, e.g. Hubspot
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets / google sheets

Skills/Ability/Knowledge:


  • Information technology skills
  • Word/Excel/Outlook
  • Experience in operational support, ideally in a data and processorientated environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to deal with clients
  • Good organisational skills and ability to work to, and sometime implement own processes
  • Customer focused attitude, and able to interface directly with clients if and when required.
  • Strong team player, evidencing an ability to establish positive working relationships
  • Proactive approach, quick to learn and able to manage own workload
  • Critical thinking and problemsolving skills
  • Able to cope in times of pressure
  • Good written and verbal English communications skills
