This role sits between Operations & HR and is responsible for enabling and activating the overall workforce of the business - including freelancers.
The purpose of this role is to ensure that McQueens has 'The right people, in the right place, at the right time'.
The role is also responsible for effective communication with Finance and HR to ensure correct and timely administration of workforce planning.
Operations
To plan and oversee rota's & Time and Attendance management for the entire business. This role works closely with the COO to ensure that effective Rota management is in place.
Once effective rota management is in place they will work with COO / CEO / FC to determine whether Headcount is optimal.
Along with this, their role is to work alongside the FC / HR Admin (and HR Consultant) to implement the effective usage and streamlining of the HR (HiBob) time and attendance system with the Payroll system.
They will also ensure all 'people managers' are trained to use this part of the system effectively - HiBob provide the initial training, an internal micro training will need to be devised.
Being the first point of contact for absence management, this role is responsible for finding cover for any gaps in operations whether that be through moving team members to different locations or using freelance staff.
With overall visibility of the time and attendance across the business, this role works with the FC to report on the financial impact of time and attendance management - whether that be accrued and untaken lieu or recommended paid overtime.
HR / Talent Attraction
Talent
Knowing the skills of all team members, this role is responsible for redeployment of people on a permanent or temporary basis.
Performance
Along with the senior team, this role may be responsible for designing and rolling out a performance review process and ensuring that the HR Administrator receives and files all documents within the set time frame.
Onboarding
Whilst the HR Admin is responsible for onboarding each new team member from an administrative perspective, this role delivers induction and ensures that all new starters have completed any compliance training within a set time frame (Fire Safety / manual handling / policies and procedures)
General
This role requires effective communication, problem solving and the ability to act and react to the fast changing demands of the business, being the bridge between Ops and HR it requires an ability to manage time and workload effectively.
Job-Holder Requirements:
Self-motivated and proactive
Have brilliant communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience working with HR / Time and Attendance Systems desirable

£54,423.01-£59,345.63 per year
