Your role at a glance

The Client Service Support Executive will support LGIM's client's across all aspects of their client journey lifecycle by providing efficient and effective administration and operational servicing to deliver a positive client experience.

What you'll be doing

  • Working as part of a team to provide an efficient and effective administration and operational service to support LGIM's Institutional clients across all aspects of a client's journey. Including but not limited to, account set up and readiness, ongoing servicing requirements, mandate change, client data governance, management of client documentation and resolution of both internal and external enquiries
  • Owning and coordinating the successful resolution of day to day requests for information and data from clients and consultants, liaising and utilising expertise from around the business where necessary, in line with client deadlines, expectations and published SLAs.
  • Documenting, managing and, resolving incoming client enquiries in a timely and organised fashion recording and escalating issues to the client owners as necessary.
  • Proactively managing, maintaining, verifying and validating client records and information working closely with the Client Relationship Executives and our clients to ensure client information is up to date.
  • Including the updating of and maintaining of client records, including contacts and distribution lists.
  • Developing and maintaining an understanding of LGIM's client mandates to be able to support enquires across LGIM's full client base both in the UK and International.
  • Managing client signature mandates, bank mandates, deeds and other client documentation. Working with impacted stakeholder teams, ensuring that the business is fully briefed and engaged, and all legal, operational, compliance and transitional requirements are comprehensively identified, tasked and completed.
  • Collaborating with the Client Relationship teams to ensure together we deliver a positive client experience including communicating effectively both internally and externally on the progress of client work, holding (where required) regular working group meeting sessions with key stakeholders in order to monitor and manage progress.
  • Developing a clear understanding of the function of all business areas within LGIM, building and maintaining an effective network of strong working relationships with those areas
  • With the input and approval of internal and external stakeholders, drafting/negotiating legal policy documents. Creative and lateral thinking abilities are critical, as well as the ability to act as a business guardian, considering always LGIM's standard service and operational capabilities
  • Acting as an inward and outward facing 'Client Service Support Executive, demonstrating technical ability and understanding and an awareness of the client's decision making process. Communicating and mapping key implementation milestones as necessary to manage and guide expectations.
What we're looking for

  • Worked with or had exposure to external financial services clients and, ideally, asset management clients (greater than £10m in size) or pension funds/insurance companies
  • Basic understanding of the investment management landscape
  • Strong remediation experience
  • Demonstrable track record of providing service support within a team and wider business context
  • Training and presenting
  • An understanding of the asset management/pensions industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to communicate with professionalism and grammatical accuracy.
  • Highly teamorientated

  • Proactive and proven to work on your own initiative
  • High attention to detail
  • Good time management
  • Project/coordination experience and responsibilities
  • Must be competent in the use of Microsoft Office package and knowledge of Salesforce (or similar Client Relationship Management Software)
  • Must be able to demonstrate good time management and be an efficient problem solver
