Following a recent internal promotion, we are seeking an experienced and proactive People Partnering professional to provide a first class, global partnering service within our English product group.

The Role
As a Senior People Business Partner, you will play a vital role in our transformative People and Culture Strategy.

Reporting into the Head of People Business Partnering, English, and embedded within our English product group, in this complex and varied role you will build trusted partnerships with Senior leaders and board members in the UK and across multiple territories internationally.


Acting with a significant degree of autonomy and utilising your coaching and influencing skills, you will design and execute people plans for complex business change and collaborate to develop effective people strategies and solutions that align with our Product Group strategy, together with ensuring alignment across our wider Partnering functions.


You'll also be required to work in close partnership with the Centres of Expertise including Reward, EDIB and Talent Acquisition, contributing to defining the People strategy to support and align with our organisational vision and strategy.


This global facing role also sits on our People Senior Management team (SMT) and provides the opportunity to coaching and mentor a talented team of People Partners.

About you


To be successful in this role you'll require a solid generalist People (HR) Business Partnering background, and be skilled at navigating diverse processes, procedures, and legislative frameworks in a complex matrix environment.

International experience is essential.

Using your developed communication and influencing skills, you'll be confident articulating complex ideas clearly and establishing credibility with a culturally diverse range of stakeholders across different territories, offering pragmatic solutions to people-related challenges.

You will also

  • Be adept at strategic decisionmaking and problemsolving.
  • Possess strong project and change management skills and have experience of leading largescale organisational design and change programs.
  • Have a track record of leading, developing, and mentoring HR professionals.
  • Possess exceptional business acumen and be proficient in leveraging data to uncover valuable insights and make informed decisions.
- have experience of managing complex multi-stakeholder environments.
