Customer Technical Support Executive

Full-time

Salary:
£20,000 - £25,000 per annum


Location:
Hybrid - Warrington/Home-based

As a Customer Technical Support Executive, you're the face of BeFibre, on the front line helping our customers and supporting your colleagues.

Working agreed shifts between 8.30am pm Weekdays and 8.30am - 6pm Weekends as our customer demand requires to be agreed upon acceptance.


What you'll be doing

  • Troubleshooting technical issues with customers.
  • Being the voice of the customer to help us deliver excellent service across the business.
  • Working with colleagues to create and maintain a great place to work.

Essential Requirements

  • Customer service experience and a passion for helping and building relationships with customers.
  • Technical knowledge of broadband and ISP services
  • Good written skills
  • Be adaptable, flexible, and comfortable in a fastpaced environment and willing to contribute in a positive manner.
  • Access to a broadband service of at least 18 Mbps
