Business Development Executive / Account Manager, City Centre Glasgow

Circa £27,000 Basic

£12,000+ bonus potential, uncapped

Someone from a Call Centre / telephone-based customer service role or telesales position would fit right in and should you want to progress to a more client facing role, then this job is most certainly for you.

As their Sales Executive /Account manager you will be reporting into the Sales Team manager who brings a fresh and modern approach to his sales model.

The sales department is currently undergoing an ambitious growth plan.

Their turnover has since recovered massively from the Pandemic and as such, they are now aiming to triple the size of their sales team.

What a year lies ahead for them


Targets are easily manageable as they have a great client base including several global, blue-chip corporate clients to work with.

The service being sold also benefits from government subsidy, so it is also a much easier proposition on offer your targetaudiences.

What we are looking for, more than anything else, is the right personality for this one. Someone who is inquisitive, engaging, driven, self-motivated and who takes little supervision would be just perfect. You will be good on the phone and one who just lovesto chat.


Initially 4 days per week office based, after passing probation there is the option to work more flexibly, up to 3 days a week working from home if you wish.

This is a great opportunity, especially for anyone coming from call centre, customer service, junior sales or recruitment roles.
