My client is an innovative secondary school based in North London, promoting first class academic standards and enviable sporting, drama and music facilities.

Now sought to join the Schools SLT is an experienced Business Manager, to maintain the strong financial position of the School whilst also providing charismatic leadership of the various support function managers in Finance, Health & Safety, HR, IT and FacilitiesManagement.

The Head will look to this position to critique and develop the support functions, to ensure that the non teaching departments support the schools goals of delivering outstanding education to their pupils.

The role manages all finance matters for the school, working alongside the Finance Manager in developing strategic plans, budget monitoring and financial compliance.

Regular involvement and appraisal of the support departments and ensuring that any legislativechanges are reflected in working practices will be key.

There are a variety of school projects planned for the near future which you will be also heavily involved with.
