Reinstatement Supervisor to join our Utilities, South-West Water team.

In this role, you will be working on our Southwest Water contract, where we work on repairs and maintenance services to provide reliable, efficient, and high-quality drinking water and wastewater services.


In the role of
Reinstatement Supervisor at Kier, you will work as part of the Reactive and Planned Work Delivery Teams within the Network Service Alliance, specifically on clean water related projects.

As part of a close-knit team that values comradery and collaboration, you will also play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of health and safety, creating a secure and protected work environment which is always the highest priority at Kier.

Contract:
Permanent - Full time


Salary:

Weekly paid with a basic salary of £16 to £18 per hour, dependant on experience and posted location with the potential to significantly increase your take-home package with standby, call-out, and overtime.


Responsibilities


The role of Supervisor will be field-based and ensuring health and safety of site, self and colleagues, maintaining Kier's standards of quality of work and productivity.


You will be expected to:

  • Manage teams of direct and subcontract reinstatement resources on our utility contracts to provide a safe and efficient delivery model to meet demand
  • Oversee reinstatement operations to meet performance against KPI's and to deliver a positive customer experience
  • Be involved in aiding the ideation and implementation of Reinstatement strategies and the coordination of site inspections.
  • Be a part of a rapid response team that works around the clock to deliver and restore clean water

Who are we looking for?

  • You need to have previous Utilities experience, ideally within the Water sector
  • Hold a valid Full Drivers Licence
  • Hold a EUSR Water Hygiene Card
  • Have strong knowledge of NRSWA and HAUC Specifications
